When you join ONE Community you become part of a statewide coalition of socially responsible businesses and individuals who support diversity, inclusion and equality. We are committed to reshaping Arizona’s image through educating, empowering and connecting our diverse LGBTQ and allied communities on the benefits of celebrating, respecting, and protecting all Arizonans.
ONE Community's programming is vital to creating a thriving Arizona that attracts and retains the top talent and business we need to succeed. We help businesses implement inclusive practices and shift company culture through our workplace inclusion summits and our UNITY Institute training and certification program. We work with municipalities, educating and advocating for inclusive policies to ensure Arizonans are protected equally both in and out of the workplace. And we work at the State Capitol, building bipartisan support for a commonsense update to our non-discrimination law to make Arizona more competitive.
