ONE Community and Equality Arizona are the co-founders of the Equality and Fairness for All Americans effort because of their record of success shepherding communities towards policies that are fair and work for everyone. In 2021 alone, they played an integral role in the passage of LGBTQ-inclusive non-discrimination ordinances in some of the most conservative cities in the nation such as Mesa, Scottsdale, and Glendale, Arizona.
After the presentation, leaders from around the nation will join a panel, discussing the steps ahead to move our nation towards the biggest civil rights update of a generation.
